The customer is happy because the Cooling Tower Fill has arrived on time.
The warehouse receives the shipment, the purchasing department closes the order, and everyone thinks the difficult part is finished.
Then the maintenance team opens the packages and asks a very simple question:
“Who is going to install this?”
That is when the real problem sometimes begins.
Buying the Product Is Only One Part of the Project
