From the factory's perspective, everything may have been produced correctly.

The real objective is not simply manufacturing accuracy.

It is application accuracy.

Material Selection Should Also Be Confirmed Before Production

The same principle applies to material.

Sometimes customers are concerned that telling a supplier about a difficult installation condition will make the quotation more expensive.

In my opinion, hiding the problem is much more expensive.

If the tower has a very small access opening, tell us.

If the fill needs to be carried through a narrow passage, tell us.

If the tower has an unusual internal structure, send us photographs.

If the installation team has only three days to complete the work, tell us before production.

A manufacturer can work with known problems.

A manufacturer cannot prepare for a problem that nobody mentions.

Customization Is Sometimes About Installation, Not Performance

There is nothing wrong with comparing prices.

Every professional purchasing department should compare prices.

If a supplier is willing to guess everything simply to send you a quotation quickly, be careful.

There is a difference between making a reasonable preliminary recommendation and pretending that missing information does not matter.

A responsible manufacturer should tell you when additional information is necessary.

Sometimes the best answer is not “yes, we can make it.”

Sometimes the best answer is “send us these three details first, then we can make sure we are quoting the right product.”

Why We Prefer Long-Term Customers Over One-Time Orders

Final Thoughts From a Manufacturer
